4.5 star rating- clean - new bed sheets - refill of water daily - convenient if you are shopping around pratunam market / platinum mall - near ratchapraprop station (need to walk along the rail-way then turn into one of the small door is nearer than you going by the main road near baiyoke sky)- you have to go thru a stretch of shopping crowd before u reach platinum mall/that direction. The stretch is filled with all the the locals, retailers, shoppers and it can be hard to walk through since the path is narrow. - it can be difficult to locate the hotel if you are not familiar with the area, or first time to BKKEL11 November 2016
3.0 star ratingGreat that the Hotel provided us with an adjoining room for the kids.Food was very basic, did not realize at the time of booking that it was a vegetarian restaurant only so my mistake here, however the choices in food was quite limited. On one day the restaurant was closed, and we were offered a boxed breakfast. On the return to the airport the hotel booked us a taxi, I was told by the hotel staff the price was to be paid to the taxi man and that it was 600 Baht, on arrival at the airport the driver told me the fare was 700 Baht, so quite a disagreement occurred...he blamed the hotel for telling the incorrect price.Anthony06 April 2016
