2.0 star ratingPersonal ist freundlich.Das Haus steht Hotelgaesten nicht exklusiv zur Vefuegung. Es wird zu viel Augenmerk auf Durchgangsverkehr gelegt. Hotelgaeste werden nicht bevorzugt behandelt. Viel Tourismus, lange Wartezeiten mit den Aufzuegen, Internet fuer Gaeste kostenpflichtig, Pool kaputt und nicht bekannt wann wieder funktionabel. Das Personal ist schlecht ausgebildet, spricht kein Englisch, weiss nicht was zu tun ist beim Buffet. Fruehstueck bis 10 Uhr - wird aber bereits vor zehn Uhr abgetragen, Gaeste regelrecht aus dem Raum herausgeschmissen.16 November 2012
2.0 star ratingMy worst experience hotel stay EVER! We had to wait at least 30 mins for lifts from lobby (which is located on 18th floor) to level 1 and vise versa. Bathroom had ants all over the sink, floor and even toilet seat. No wifi in rooms like other hotels in Bangkok, the wifi in the lobby was terrible. The only good thing about this hotel was the view. 2.0 star ratingthe only positive thing was the view from the room and from the roof - sky deck.I was very dissppointed with this hotel, it seems that it was not renovated since the opening.The hotel is rather run-down and not well maintained. The room was old and bit dirty, carpets had a damp smell. We had to pay 400 bath/day for internet connection in our room. The elevators are slow and always packed with tourists visiting the revolving roof, you need to wait in line just to get inside, it takes 10min to get in to the room or out from the hotel. Not so helpful or friendly staff, they cound't find our reservaiton and we spent 30 min to get checked in!magdallenqua28 April 2015
