4.5 star rating	A nice spacious room with a very comfortable king size bed and lovely pillows. The shower had the option of normal shower or rain shower which was nice and a huge bath if you like a bath. Handy to the Conrad shopping centre, 7/11 and the BTS also a free shuttle provided from Aetas to the BTS , only a couple of stops away from Terminal 21 shopping, and about 3 stops from the MBK shopping. 5.0 star rating	We got upgraded for our anniversary to a suite. Coco/Koko the concierge was fantastic and whilst busy helping other was attentive to us at all times, head concierge was also a stand out. The room we originally paid for was very competitive priced online (bargain). 10 minute walk to the train station (and a tuk-tuk driven by the concierge to the train station for free is defiantly a bonus on a hot day), restaurants and 7/11 and massage parlours nearby. 4.5 star rating	The hotel kindly upgraded us to an Exec Suite at no cost and provided complimentary cake and flowers to celebrate our anniversary. Hotel staff were very helpful. Shuttle service to/from the main road was very handy. Good location with easy access to food, massage, entertainment. Very good value for money.	The pool was small and not very inviting.
