5.0 star rating	Clean, efficient, helpfull polite staff, just what was required. Good location with a sea view (if you arrive early)	Public internet area needs more reliable computers. Trouble with speed, connectivity and the mouse. But a free internet station was a great asset. It may be an idea to have a start page with direct links to tourist sites for Barcelona eg www.tmb.es Breakfast was very overpriced compared to other possibilities in the area.		04 November 2008

4.0 star rating		In relation to what it offers very expensive one-story-long-walk hotel. Rooms are modern-styled "live-in-a-box" with relatively small windows. Ver very small rooms/baths, though design is ok for what it is and for on person/room. Little to no service at all. location requires a lengthy walk to almost everywhere xcept for beach. Just ok for people who wish to pay more for less and have little demands on space, service Serveral nearby alternatives available. 4.5 star rating	Very decent hotel.	Distant from the City Centre. Room slightly smaller than expected - but adequate. Breakfast expensive at ?15 per person per day. ?10 is really the most that should be charged for a large breakfast.		16 April 2009
5.0 star rating	Friendly staff, nice building, good with a double bed and not two beds which drift apart during the night, good food, clean rooms and much extra eqipement (toothbrush, shampoo and so on)	None		08 April 2013
2.0 star rating		This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel! There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room, not even a bottle of water. Rooms are clean but this is it really. For a gym/sauna you have to pay extra. They hardly speak any English. To iron a shirt I had to order laundry service that I had to pay extra and it took them over 1 hour, even I said I need it asap. Stayed there for 4 days and no one was able to help me/discuss with me some cancellation issues. The receptionists are rude and know nothing about cancellations/ laundry prices etc. We arrived at the hotel Â late in the evening and we been told to use vendor machine to get some chocolates for dinner.
