4.5 star rating	The hotel is very clean, can not fault room. Although the hotel is far, there is good transport system near, with tram outside the hotel and metro a fews hundred yard away.	We arrived 1.30pm and was told that room will not be ready till 3.00pm. We came back at 3.00pm and was told its will be ready in 20minutes, when we when to our room, the cleaner was still cleaning. The reception has it all wrong and had to wait till 4.00pm. Also a kettle was be more convient than a microwave. Really do need a kettle to make tea/coffee. One other negative point is the hotel is on far from the centre.		13 April 2012
