4.5 star rating	Good size room, with pleasant shower facility and wash vanity counter.	Definitely the absence of coffee/tea making pot in the room and mineral water, which is the norm in today's business hotel.	That there is no drive-in porch to drop off guests	18 February 2009

5.0 star rating	Excellent hotel offering high standards of service and comfort. Breakfasts offered plenty of hot or cold options to a very high standard. Close to excellent Metro, Bus and Tram links into the city centre. Well placed next to a large retail outlet with numerous Tapas & Restaurants. Near to the beach. 4.5 star rating	The staff are very professional and helpful at all times - this made such a difference to my overall impression and stay.	Too warm and 'closed in' in the business centre - I think the lighting added to the heat. The breakfast area was quite small and it felt crowded although I think that some of it was closed off which didn't help matters.		30 March 2009

4.5 star rating	We spent a couple of nights here (got a great deal on the room price) as part of a recent trip to explore Barcelona. While not in the centre, it's easily accessed by tram and metro. It's also well placed for the beach and we had a sea-view room high up which was just what I wanted. There is also a shopping centre right next door which is handy. Staff were perfectly pleasant and the food was great. We enjoyed room service (order the wrapped chicken dish!) and also a nice meal in the restaurant. Little luxury touches I enjoyed included robes and slippers, which I used when I took a night-time dip in the rooftop pool which has great views. We would stay here again if we return to Barcelona. 3.0 star rating	The room was clean and reasonably up to date. The receptionist was full of information for us delivering excellent customer service	The mini bar was free but didn't work meaning that our complimentary drinks were hot.
