2.0 star rating		I had stay 4 days in this hotel. As I had booked 2 nights in superior room via package and 2 nights in standard room via hotelopia, I had told the receptionist when I checked in. I told her we dont want to changing room so we could stay in standard room for 4 nights and the receptionist said its ok, we could stay in superior room for 4 nights. I double confirmed with her and she said we dont need to change room. However, after 2 nights, when we hang out around 10am. The housekeeping said we need to check out today and we go straight to receptionist to ask and she said its ok we dont need to check out and change room. However !!!!! When we back to hotel at 11pm, we found that the access card was not work and found the receptionist to ask the reason. The receptionist said we need to chang room !!!! Thats really a bad impression and i think no one could stand this. We changed room finally.		03 November 2013

4.5 star rating	If u get a discount price when u book about 9xx-1000thai baht included breakfast then it is a good deal. There is 7-11 right under the hotel. A coffee-cafe restaurant that sells coffee and basic food like spaghetti and thai basic food dishes. U can walk to mrt (subway)within5 minutes. A station away is a shopping mall call Central Rama9 -big mall with restaurants , brand name clothing shops, cinema, and supermarket. Also the airport link station is right behind the hotel. The room is quite ok for the price. There is a fridge and lcd tv in the room. Breakfast that is included is a small buffett : small salad bar, rice, congee type rice, tom yum dish, bread, butter , jam, orange juice, sausage, water coffee, tea, watermelon, pineapple and eggs.	There is nothing nearby for shopping or sight seeing. no people walking around the hotel. It is quiet, but big roads for cars in front of the hotel. There is no shower cap in the bathroom, no coffee/tea in the room, but have kettle. No bathrope in the room. Have shampoo and bath gel in small bottle, Towel. 3.5 star rating	Friendly Night staff Male worker	Extremely noisy cleaning crew worker with Intercom on high volume walking through the hallways early morning , even Sundays , bad habit , make people wake when they need to sleep.
