4.0 star rating	Friendly staff easy location	Using the card to get to room. I understand the security but it's a bit much and cumbersome! I had friends staying at other floors and cannot visit them with my key card. They have to come all the way down to the lobby and take me up to their rooms. At breakfast or other rush time, you will have people trying to use the key card to get to their floor causing a commotion and usually someone not getting the card in in time thus missing their floor. 2.5 star rating	The Staff was helpful and guides us well	We paid for a room with almost not air condition. The air out of the hotel and room was same. The is no aircirulation in the as the windows do not open, but just imagine we asked for a smoking room. The room was exhausted before we could get in. Its better to sleep on the street than the room. Breakfast was good, you could serve yourself. But the staff was not good. You had to literally beg for tea or coffee or once your breakfast was done they came up asking if we wish tea or coffee.	Lisha	23 February 2015
5.0 star rating	This was our second stay at Aetas Lumpini, and for very good reason. The staff are friendly and professional, incredibly helpful and check-in is effortless. The decor and overall condition of the hotel is nice and new, beautiful interiors and modern furnishings. The rooms are nice and big, including the bathroom being larger than the average hotel. Big comfy bed, bath robes and slippers are a plus. The pool is nice with a great view, goes perfectly with their cocktails (which they bring out for you to the pool). The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of asian/western foods, fresh fruits and an egg station (chefs cook eggs to your liking), yet quality isn't compromised as it sometimes is with larger hotels. The location is great, super close to the MRT and just 1 stop from Silom, which we spent the majority of our time. I had my birthday while on holiday, and to my surprise in the evening we returned to our room to a cake, with a cute little elephant as a gift and a handwritten card from the staff wishing me a happy birthday. It was a beautiful sentiment and it's the small gestures as such that make Aetas Lumpini so special. All in all, I don't think I could fault the hotel in any way shape or form, and can't wait to return to Bangkok to stay here again.		Anonymous	10 February 2015

5.0 star rating	Very nice, new, modern 4.5 star hotel ( my own rating ) two minute walk to Lumpini MRT station. No shopping complex/ mall in the area. Location is not in a touristy area. But still you can find massage parlor in the back alley. Lumpini park is 7-8 minutes walk away. 7-11 convenience store 2 minutes walk away. Breakfast is international style buffet spread. Good variety. Staffs speak good English. Great value for money.	Nothing much. Except the fact that the hotel is not on a location with more "action"	Alison	02 April 2015

5.0 star rating	What a barging for such a great service! Had a really romantic time and enjoyed every moment of it! The freebes were really cool - getting a soeing kit was the last thing I would have thought about haha! Thank you everyone for the great stay!	The shower head can easily pour water on the bathroom floor and make it unsafe. The positive for this though it that there are plenty of towels provided to clean up the mess. Thank! 4.5 star rating	This is the fifth time I booked with the Aetas Lumpini - location, rooms, facilities and breakfast are lovely and the value for money is hard to beat. The (female) manager on duty at the GMT Lounge is marvellous at her job: charming, witty, friendly and forthcoming.	Unfortunately with every stay I made, the staff handling the reception area seem to lack training and professionalism more and more. This times treat was the room deposit, which was multiplied by the number of nights I was staying - upon asking to elaborate on the sudden change in policies, no explanation and poor manners. 4.0 star rating	I was supposed to check-in and the rain was pouring down non stop. I waited at the mrt entrance for 1 hour and decided to contact the front concierge via Skype. I am glad that they go the extra mile to fetch me at the mrt entrance. Kudos! Close to the mrt, lobby is clean and door man is attentive enough open the door for you. All in all, I had a great time staying in this hotel.	Breakfast buffet is adequate but could do with a menu change on a daily basis. They should have a coffee/tea station instead of waiting on the waiter/waitresses to come by and pour it for you. It can take a little while to have your morning caffeine.
