Bulun Buri Pai is a resort offering Thai teak houses with open air showers and a big verandah, comfortably sitting up to 4 guests over the ricefield along the Pai River. The Bulun Buri is the only resort in Pai with a private beach on the riverside. The resort has only six villas, making it quiet and peaceful. The resort is located somewhat outside of town, there is a minivan service provided by the resort for a fee.
‘Thai Teak Houses’ 6 Bulun Buri Villas, each with private balcony overlooking the wonderful view of nature along pai river, one open air shower and an indoor bathroom.

Bulun Buri Pai is 2 kilometers from Pai's center or 10 minutes by bike. The city is approximately two and a half hours scenic drive from Chiang Mai and about the same distance from Mae Hong Son.
Child Policies
Currently no specific policy is available. It's likely that the common policy applies: Children below 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parent's room in a cot/rollaway bed. Breakfast for the child has to be purchased extra. For other children an extra bed has to be booked (Triple Room).
