4.0 star rating	Its a great hotel, everything to hand shopping, supermarket, but not near the beach , and the metro is close by , the staff are great and very attentive	The only problem I had on arrival was they could not find my payment details, so left me sitting around for half an hour rather then sorting it out later, because I had my booking voucher, but it was sorted out so no further problems.	redrobin	07 May 2013

4.0 star rating	Located attached to the Mall which was really handy. Easy to get to/from. Hotel and facilities were fine for my short stay.	Front entrance could be a little chaotic at times - quite small area and was often full of people. 5.0 star rating	Service was excellent! We were upgraded to the Executive suite because the hotel made an error with our airport transfer & this was an excellent touch!
