2.5 star rating	I would like to thank you the receptionist who took all the heat to handle the situation, I explained her and she offer twin bed non smoking which I felt that the DM was not happy with her to give alternative solution. She called me after I moved and asked my feedback. Thank so much for her.	Mr. HSK manager can't admit the bad smell in the pillows and informed the reception nothing is smelly though the room given is smoking room. Mr. DM followed the instructions of Mr. HSKmanager and can't admit the smell in the pillows. Both of them are arrogant even a word of sorry, I didn't get. I was with both of them very humble because I am hotelier as well but they have taken it in the wrong way; not sure maybe they thought I came to make issue for them though I did explained them.
