5.0 star rating	Stayed at the cosmopolitan for a week In January, could not give the staff any more praise they were excellent! The hotel itself is in a handy location, in between the marina and Dubai mall, both only 10-15 mins on the metro! 5.0 star rating	A well located hotel, being near the metro station at Al Barsha and also between the Jameira and Downtown areas. Friendly, helpful and polite hotel staff. 5.0 star rating	In terms of the hotel it's near perfect, the staff are very professional, very friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much effort or hassle and everything was done with a smile. The hotel is clean, fresh and very tidy. The wifi was a good solid connection and fast. Certain people have commented on how certain staff are short, abrupt and rude. That simply isn't the case, if you're going to be a rude moaning customer then don't expect someone to be smiling at you 24/7, treat them like a human being, be nice, smile, try saying morning and they are more than amazing. Not one bad word about anyone who works in the hotel. Location is bang on, 5 mins from Mall of Emirates, 20 mins from Dubai Mall. (Get your own taxi to/from airport, it's half the price!!)	Breakfast was good, however the only cooked option was an omelette or an omelette, purely for that I'd give food a 4/5. A nice cooked full breakfast would have been nice. Also wifi was good and fast, but limited to only messages and web, I get that FaceTime and video calling will demand high data and what not, but that was really frustrating!	Ali	31 May 2016

5.0 star rating	Great location, walking distance to the metro station and the mall of the emirates. Excellent customer service with really friendly staff. 24 Hour shops just across the road with a laundry and chemist right next door. Overall i would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.
