5.0 star ratingHotel very ornate and classy. We were very pleased that due to high capacity we had been given an upgrade to a suite with a terrace. Lovely to have the outside space (although not much view). We were able to arrange a late check out at 6pm for 1500 pesos which was useful as we had a late fight home. The pool area is lovely with towels provided, a swim up bar and pop music playing. Lots of foliage, an oasis in the craze of the city. Breakfast choice was overwhelming with an incredible amount of choice from all over the world. We were happy to be informed that there was Happy Hour before we left 5pm until 8pm. All drinks 241. We had a pizza in the bar which was delicious. Doormen and reception were very friendly and helpful. Sophie06 April 2014

4.5 star ratingOnly there for one night so did not use all the facilities but sure they would have been as good as the rest of the service. All staff were well trained and polite. Huge security at door and check in which was a bit frightening but I'm sure required.Lush23 September 2016
