Bayview Park Hotel Manila is located on Roxas Boulevard, directly opposite the US Embassy. It is just a few minutes walk from many popular tourist destinations such as Bay Walk , Rizal Park, Intramuros and the National Library. This city hotel was built in 1994 and renovated in 2007, and is just minutes away from many popular tourist attractions. It has established a reputation as being one of the best value-for-money hotels in Manila. There is a total of 283 superior rooms and suites available, spread over 15 floors. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds, as well as a sauna and a gym. Intramuros Golf Course is not far from the hotel. 4.0 star rating	Very good location and room had a nice bay view. Room very comfortable for just 1 or two people. Good selection of TV channels	Wifi was an extra charge of 350 pesos per 24 hours and for two adults and one 4 year old child no extra bed was provided. 2.0 star rating		I had booked the hotel for my siblings. One of my sister rung the hotel to inform they gonna check in a bit late. The customer representative can't locate their booking, and said they were not affiliated with Hotelopia- the site I booked for the hotel. Even said they are not familiar from their hotel counterpart. Adviced my siblings to go and check in the usual way. At first- the rep seems to be doesn't know what she was doing. Second I got a feed back from my sister that receptionist weren't friendly, service was not so good, they let my sisters waited for so many hours after my sister refused the room they(reception) gave( a room that has no view at all- literally at first they gave a room that was between walls- has no view at all- the hotel was Bayview and my sisters expecting a good view of the Bay from the hotel, but instead a view to the "walls" they changed the room at the end but it made them wait for hours and hours. 5.0 star rating	From the moment we arrived after a long flight the staff were very helpful thoughtful and very professional.Spacious entrance hall and our luggage taken to our room. Receptionist was exceedingly helpful. Our room was spacious clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is adequate and again the restaurant staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is situated close to Rizal park and the Intramuros and can be walked to easily. Restaurants and bars on Adriatica street are just around the corner. The Bayview Hotel is well located for a quick and comfortable stay in Manila. We stayed for 3 nights and returned 2 weeks later for another 2. Thoroughly recommend.	We have NO negative comments. 4.0 star rating	reception staff is friendly and helpful with info or getting a hotel or meter taxi. Also provided advice about Manila in generel. Good size room with effective AC. Good selection of tv channels. Good location close to Rizal park, Intramuros, Aquarium and Robinsons Place mall (10 min. by foot)	If you get a room facing the bay, expect quite a bit of noise from Roxas Blvd 24/7	global55	15 March 2016
