4.0 star rating	The room was very comfortable, and kept very clean. The food at Lilli and the Fireside Restaurants was expensive, but absolutely outstanding in taste and presentation. The Market Cafe breakfast buffet was delicious!	Facilities: The wireless internet does not reach the upper floors, so we were limited to connecting one laptop at a time via cable even though we both had business to conduct. Several minor inconveniences such as only one robe and pair of slippers for a room for 2, never enough coffee or sugar for our coffees, etc. Food: The Market Cafe has limited menu items and is expensive, while their buffet is also expensive but has many choices Staff: Finally, the biggest problem we had was that my 35mm digital camera was stolen from the room the 2nd day. It was recovered by the 5th (last) day of my stay and the staff was very helpful and informative regarding their investigation. It was found at the laundry service facilities and the original story was that it was accidentally put on the bed while cleaning the table I had left it on, and was subsequently rolled up in the linens when they changed the bed. However, when the camera was returned, the extra battery, battery charger, and cable to connect the camera to the computer was also returned (we had not realized they were missing as I had not unpacked them by the time the camera was stolen). These items were not on the table with the camera - they were in my suitcase which makes the 'accident' story clearly a lie. All of our pictures had been removed from the camera. This was a deliberate act. The safe is not large enough to hold a laptop, so we are lucky they were not taken as well.		08 December 2009
5.0 star rating	Staff very helpful and nothing is to much. Location very good, close to Robinsons and many Restaurants.	Check out is painfully slow. Was asked if I had anything from the minibar and despite it already been checked as I was leaving the room, receptionist wanted it checked again. This took 16 minutes which is totally unacceptable.
