3.5 star rating	pleasant reception staff, provided us with a map and they clearly mapped out main tourist attractions, very clean, good choice of breakfast.	Main disappointment was the smell of toilet drainage system in our room from the air vent, noticed this particularly strong when we turned the heating up, actually made me feel quite sick, we kept the room window open the whole time. Brochure states that cafe bar open 24 hours, it wasnt, we only had the facility at breakfast time. We arrived at the room after 10pm but had to go out to get something to eat/drink. Would have liked hot water to be readily available at breakfast, I had to ask for it each morning, although tea bags were out.	jmc	22 November 2012

4.5 star rating	Hotel was located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. A little off the main areas. However, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were great too. I would recommend to people who don't mind abit of travel to the main areas as the staff is very friendly and the rooms are great.		Anonymous	15 July 2014
