3.5 star ratingWas in a good location. Staff very helpful.Squashed 3 beds in a double room. Hotel should not sell 3 person rooms if this is what they do. Barely enough room to move22 January 2009
4.5 star ratingThe location of the hotel was excellent - very safe area and very close to underground station. The staff were very polite and helpful and the continental breakfast included was very good. The rooms were compact and basic but clean. The room was very quiet even though we were next to the lift. There was no traffic noise or pedestrian noise during the night. We got exactly what we paid for and it was value for money.We were on the top floor and the smell of drains was intense first thing in the morning. The room was very basic and the windows opened fully inwards and were about six feet square. I would have been terrified if travelling with a child as it would have been very easy for them to fall out. 24 March 2009
