2.0 star ratingWe booked another hotel with same name and facilities near centre. So were mdisarusfied before we went. Woukdnot trust or book with Hotelopia again. We were misled and missold and when we phoned to try to rectify sitaution were told very oatronisingly by hotelopia staff that its very easy for people to make mistakes when booking on the internet. I book 3 to 5 trips a year using internet and this is the first time i used hotelopia and ghe first time i had a problem. This hotel was ok but too far away, too remote and no staff for information. A setious minus.quality of the apartments themselves was ok but we wouldnt go there again or recommend it to others.26 October 2013
