4.5 star ratingVery convenient for the MTR, bus and tram services. Free internet in the lobby. Definitely a good idea. The layout of the room and the decoration - should suit most Guests taste. Very attentive waiters/waitresses in the Dining Room.The food. Croisants very crispy on the three days I was there. Melon not ripe. Scrabble egg very runny and not warm. There was an excellent selection and beautifully laid out but feel the quality could be improved.Sheila Claydon31 January 2010
4.5 star ratingThe hotel was ideally situated, opposite the metro. It is clean and comfortable and has adequate facilities in the rooms. The check out time of 12pm is excellent as is the facility to leave luggage to acommodate flight times. The majority of the staff are polite, pleasant and professional.The staff in the resteraunt where unfriendly and rushed you to finish breakfast, taking away plates when you were not finished. However the reseraunt Manger was very pleasant and professional. He needs to pass his excellent Customer Service on to his staff. 12 May 2010
