4.0 star rating	Although not a centrally located hotel, easy transport links will connect you to Kowloon via bus, MTR, taxi or ferry. The hotel appeared very luxurious from the lobby, and largely across the hotel floors this remained a positive feature. The Concierge were extremely professional, helpful and attentive.	Check in at the hotel was quite teadious, it seemed to take a while for the front desk staff to locate the check-in documentation and confirm our identies etc. The breakfast, although plentiful in variety, was not always to the highest quality. 4.5 star rating	Very close MTR. Just 100 metre. I stayed on 27th Fl with harbour view. It's very nice view indeed.	Wifi is not free. It would be perfect if hotel could provide free wifi for customer.	Woody	18 December 2013
4.0 star rating	Quite convenient to transport, such as MTR, bus and tram, etc. Services are basically good and friendly.	It's a bit old-fashioned. The view wasn't a pleasant one (facing the main road and other offices). Near to the Funeral Director and seeing people going in and out.	Samuel	23 March 2014
