4.5 star ratingBed good size and very comfortable Staff excellent, polite and very helpful. good location for transport links. Express bus to airport. Wi fi would drop off or stop working for no reason, TV stopped working a couple of times that required staff help. Lifts dark,dingy and slow. Could do with better lighting in them to see floor buttons.wingnut18 March 2013
