5.0 star rating	Very helpful staff, they were fluent speakers of the english language, excellent location, very quiet room although the hotel was located on an avenue, clean and comfortable! Air conditioning of the room was very good. The bathroom was just perfect. Excellent value for money! Strongly recommended to all :-)	We slept on two beds pulled together with seperate blankets for each one- not very nice for a couple! But not so much of a problem after all. We would like, though, to have a small refrigerator.		25 February 2009

4.5 star rating	Reception was welcoming, although I arrived before 2 o'clock, so couldn't check into my room. I was able to leave my case in a locked room and go and have some lunch, so it wasn't really a problem. Although travelling on my own, I was given a twin room - very clean and well appointed. The room was at the front, immediately above the entrance to the U-Bahn, but I heard no noise outside at all. In fact, the hotel itself was very quiet - nobody came in late making a noise. It was really very convenient, having the U-Bahn right outside the hotel. It made getting to places very easy. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, so can't comment about that. The hotel was amazing value! I would certainly stay there again. There was too much to see in Berlin in the time I was there (3 nights), so hope to return .	I've not really got any negative comments to make! If I am being very critical - it would have been nice to have had some more English speaking channels on the TV. They only had BBC World News and CNN. A film channel would have been good. Also, it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room as standard. 4.0 star rating	Decent room and staff could speak better English that most Germans we came into contact with during our stay, so they helped us with our queries the best they could (which with my 'strong' welsh accent caused some people difficulty). Hotel was situatuated opposite bahn station and it is advised that travellers use this to get from the airport as it costs 2.80 euros (and takes under 30 mins)	It costs 30-euros by taxi to get there from Berlin-Schonefeld and next to a busy road. 4.0 star rating	Very comfortable and such a convenient location for everything in east Berlin. The entrance is right beside the ubahn station and lots of food and 24-7 shops. Great beds and a 12 oclock late check out is great. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in freidrichhain. 10 mins to Alex by ubahn or 30 walking. A great hotel considering we've stayed in most of the other local ones.	Room was a little small compared to others but for a comfy and safe place to sleep and wash its in the perfect location on frankfurter allee.	Podgorny	10 July 2013
