3.0 star ratingMy friend and I went to the wrong hotel. We didn't know there were a few of them in Amsterdam. Fortunately the girl at the reception was very helpful and printed a route on how to get to the hotel we had booked. Service at the reception of our actual hotel was very poor. Staff doesn't seem happy and any questions were answered very poorly. I also saw a mouse running around by the reception counter. Bathroom sink was small. There was no place to rest toiletries in the shower room, and distance from the tram station was much further than I expected. For what we paid we expected more.Anonymous 11 May 2017
