5.0 star rating	Had an amazing experience in this hotel. Excellent value for money. We opt for the standard room, got a room with spectacular view. Newly refurblished, clean, decorated with a trendy bathroom, a smart TV that you can connect to the internet, fast wireless internet for your devices, a kettle with a good selection of drinks for free. One thing to note, they got all the BBC channels. We were watching match of the day in our room. The staff are all very helpful. They have a special room with locker for customers who want to leave their luggage with the hotel for a while after they check out. When the room was full, a member was staff took our luggage in another room with a secure lock. Their shuttle service to and from the airport is brilliant. It is only 5 euro (excluding tax) per person. It runs very frequently but need to book in advance. Alternatively you can take the tram. A tram stop is right outside the hotel. Location is very convenient. There is a massive park next to Ramada. It is a quiet location with good transport links. I left my wallet in the safe. Did not realise until I got home. The staff members are all very helpful. When I rang up, they emailed a form to us and arranged a speedy delivery to return the wallet to me in London at a very affordable price. 5.0 star rating	Welcoming staff, lovely view from 16th floor room, room very comfortable, great shower.	No fridge in room, on weekends the 17th floor has lots of parties and you can hear music in you room until 1-2am. On NYE they stopped serving food/drink/room service to guests from mid-afternoon as they had a private party. This was disappointing as there aren't many places nearby to eat.	Dan	03 January 2017
