4.0 star rating	super service, good staff, nice beach. Great bath room in the palace. Rooms are big enough and I like the design and style.	when you stay in the palace you may encounter less tranquility as you expect. A lot of events with noise. Sometimes the beach, reserved for palace guests only, is blocked. They don't have "rest hours". So everyone can be as noisy as they want until enough others complain. Very strange. Also, as the GM stated: 'In September, you will not find any tranquil place in Nusa Dua or you must go to a bungalow resort which costs'. Also, in high season, not enough lounges, so you may find yourself on a mattress in the grass. In former times they had a big wooden board with all the acitvities they execute, and executed them. Nowadays, the board only, is left. Or as the GM stated it: 'I cannot hire an employee for beach volleyball only'. In Jan-Feb, we played almost daily, low season. Now, with much more customers around, we played twice in three weeks. And other activities are not happening anymore. Also, because of the lack of enough lounges for regular customers, the customers used the lounges of the palace. The tourists told them to move away, this is for special customers only. The hotel rarely did this. Last: In the palace, it takes 5-10 to get warm water. It is a waste of water.	ExKingKong	21 September 2013
5.0 star rating	The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. We had minor issues with the toilet and air conditioning and they were fixed straight away. The hotel grounds are fantastic, very clean with beautiful gardens. We loved the infinity pool and the beach. Before we booked the hotel, we read reviews that the beach was unclean but we had no issues with it. It was clean and the water was lovely. The hotel is a short walk to other restaurants and Bali Collection. They have bicycles for hire free of charge, at the hotel, which were great for exploring Nusa Dua. We had a terrific and very relaxing holiday.	We stayed at Ayodya for 8 full days and when you have the same buffet breakfast selection, it can get a bit boring. The food tasted good but there was no variety. I don't know what the average lenght of stay at the hotel is, but towards the end of our stay, the food got boring. We also had the Japanese buffet at Genji. I was a little disappointed with the selection of Japanese food, considering it was a buffet.	MissKcg	30 July 2014
4.5 star rating	All staff were friendly and loved our 6 month old daughter. We were given a room upgrade because it was a relatively quiet time of year. Pools were great and very clean. Room was well cleaned each day and maintained well. Good location for walking to local village restaurants and shops. 4.0 star rating	The hotel environment and location are very good. Food and service also good. It is value for money staying there. If I will go Bali again, I will again stay in this hotel.	Bathroom is a bit old and simple. Bathtub is too high and not easy to get into it, especially for aged people. Should consider upgrade it or change to shower.	Patrick	08 June 2017
