5.0 star rating	Staff are very friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Food in the resort is amazing, even room service.	After we arrived home, we received and email from duty manager regarding some minor damage which we did not do. Obviously not picked up previously. 4.5 star rating	Resort facilities are beyond amazing. Everything you need is in the one place. Soleil is a must try!	Checking in & out took much longer than anticipated. Some reception staff were rude & not accomodating. My partner and I were given two single beds which were pushed together, with a big gap in the middle. When we asked for a king bed the staff seemed reluctant to do anything about it, simply stating that bedding arrangments cant be gauranteed. 2.5 star rating	Decent property . Good location	Terrible staff attitude . Not warm . Hotel management very rigid almost militantly rigid about silly things. ( can't move towels from one pool to another) Overall lacks the 'Bali warmth and friendliness'	Anonymous	15 October 2014
