4.5 star rating	Great staff. Clean bedroom. Beautiful garden, great pool.	The food and the drinks are very expensive. In all restaurant menu says all price are included with tax and service charge, but however all are written on the bill too, separately. It looks like you need to pay twice.	Anonymous	30 January 2017

5.0 star rating	The Grand Whiz is such an amazing hotel to stay at in Nusa Dua form an affordability perspective and also family friendly. The staff were so accommodating and friendly that it made our stay so comfortable. My children loved it. It was our 10 year anniversary which the staff at the restaurant made a surprise cake for my wife and I and sung happy birthday to us. This was our second stay (this time with the kids) and we'll be going back for sure. if you want to stay in Nusa Dua at an affordable hotel then this is the place. 4.5 star rating	Great location, friendly and attentive staff , good value for money.	We were issued with only one card / key for accessing our room and were asked to pay $10 for a second. Twice during our 8 day stay, when my partner was delayed, i was given access to our room but without the card which is needed to switch on the lights. i WAS NOT HAPPY having to stay in a dark room without aircon because I refused to pay greed money. I have traveled for a living and have never come across such petty system of penny pinching. I hope that management takes note and looks at their guests comfort first instead of their profit . There are alternate ways to achieve this instead oi bringing discomfort to their clients	george	29 July 2016
4.5 star rating	Fantastic location by the beach in Nusa Dua, fabulous buildings, great pool, peaceful and quiet, rooms are good with a hard mattress but have had the best nights sleep in a long time. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional.	The only thing I could say is that they could put some traditional pictures in the rooms to give character.	Sur	23 September 2016

4.5 star rating	Great location being quiet and private. Lovely garden walks throughout complex. Nice pool area and kept very clean. Staff very helpful and service is great. Room rates are very reasonable for standard of hotel.	Only one key per room which was a pain and when the key is out of the room, the power goes off. No freezer inside the fridge, so unable to make ice for drinks. Fridge wasn't particularly cold, probably because power was off each time you ext. No balcony on our rooms which was a shame for having drinks with friends. The more expensive rooms had a balcony but every hotel I've stayed at before has always had a balcony. No bedside light, so had to get back out of bed to turn the light off. Only one eating place and one bar which was down near the pool.	Kath	04 September 2016
