The Spa Chiang Mai Resort is an idyllic health spa destination and residential community nestled in the gently rooling hills of the small rural village of Mae Aen. A short 25 minutes drive from Chiang Mai and only 2 kilometers from the prestigious "Prem International School".
This unique life style retreat is located on over 70 rai of gently sloping Mountain View property and overlooks working rice fields, lumyai, mango and banana plantations. Serveral small streams origination from the lake at the top of the property wind throughout, creating a tranquil effect and a natural sound ambience to each of the private building plots.
This privated gated community consists of twenty four two storey Lanna style town homes as well as a limited number of custom designed, quality built, private villas and semi detached bungalows. The entire community retains the original design elements of a traditional Northern Thai village.
Spa Amenities
All home owners have direct access to the world class amenities of The Spa Chiang Mai Resort including two large pure water swimming pools, outdoor cardio vascular circuit, state of the art fitness facilities, tennis court, putting green etc. as well as a traditional Thai steam room. Additional services include Thai massage, shiatsu, Yoga classed, Chi-Gung and meditation training and of course, the Spa's world famous cleasing program. In addition, several new and innovative holistic treatments will be offered.

The same one that has been rated in the top 50 restaurants in the world by 'Restaurant Magazine' in the U.K. Specialties include vegetarian and Raw food made with our own home grown organic vegetables as well as healthy Thai and European cuisine.

Child Policies
Currently no specific policy is available. It's likely that the common policy applies: Children below 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parent's room in a cot/rollaway bed. Breakfast for the child has to be purchased extra. For other children an extra bed has to be booked (Triple Room).
