Our large and beautifully designed swimming pool, Jacuzzi and children's pool nestle amidst The Residence's tropical Thai garden providing a focal point to the Residence, while a stone's throw away is Kalim Beach, a fine stretch of powdery white sand rimmed by coconut palms, a shore where fishermen occasionally still cast nets in the early hours of dawn.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and an attractive bar counter, a comfortable living room and dining area and a colonial-sized balcony facing seawards-perfect for Phuket's fabulous sunsets. The units are not only air conditioned, but also have traditional fans. You can of course order anything from breakfast to dinner from our room service.

The two spacious bedrooms has either two double beds or two single beds and a double bed, more suitable for a family. We can also provide you with an extra bed for a small extra fee.

Just five minutes from Patong, The Residence enjoys a tranquil location on the fringe of Phuket's tourist area. It fronts its own beach at undeveloped Ban Kalim, near enough to Patong to enjoy the shops and entertainment but far enough to be apart from the hustle and crowds.

Child Policies

Currently no specific policy is available. It's likely that the common policy applies: Children below 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parent's room in a cot/rollaway bed. Breakfast for the child has to be purchased extra. For other children an extra bed has to be booked (Triple Room).
