New Lapaz Villa & Resort, a cozy, Boutique –style beachfront resort is located on the beautiful, pristine Mae Nam Beach with stunning views in the direction of the facing picturesque Koh Phangan. Maenam Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the island with its nearly 6 km long white, sandy beach. The waters are calm and crystal clear being protected from the North Easterly currents by Koh Phangan. Because the sands are golden rather than white, Meanam is usually much less crowded than Lamai or Chaweng, and Maenam's area still retain much of the local Thai flavor as well as being more reasonably priced, or even inexpensive. Great swimming, snorkeling and fishing. The cool breeze sweeps the beach all day long. You feel like home here.
New Lapaz Villa & Resort is comprised of 47 stylish and spacious Bungalows, none of them further than 50 meters from the sea. Several different varieties of Bungalows are available, all clean, comfortable and cozy with private verandas - featuring hot showers, air-conditioning, minibars and In-suite safes in different categories to suit you’re every need.
Our accommodation consists of 47 Bungalows including new Suites and Deluxe Bungalows, all of them with private bathrooms and balconies, most of them with sea-view. Interiors may vary from the pictures as all the rooms are furnished individually.

Child Policies
Currently no specific policy is available. It's likely that the common policy applies: Children below 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parent's room in a cot/rollaway bed. Breakfast for the child has to be purchased extra. For other children an extra bed has to be booked (Triple Room).
