The way Indochina people lives in their community has been very simple. Most of the families are extended families, looked after by their elders. Everyone shares, within the family and between the families. The aromatic village of Indochina people where they produce aromatic product is the same, the owner of the business is like the father who looks after his family. At Karmakamet, we started out within our family with our old recipes brought from china, later when the product has become well known because of its quality, we had to expand the business through hiring our relative and neighbors who live in our community. By slowly expanding the business in this way, each one of us are well trained and because of our attitude of living and sharing, we share our knowledge to keep Karmakamet its best quality.
