Cooking Class, Baan Deva Montra offers home-style, hands-on cooking courses (demonstration method also available) taught by the resort owner herself, Khun Sumalya, who will teach you the ins and outs of cooking Asian cuisine and share with you her granny's well kept secret recipe for preparing wonderfully tasting Thai and Asian dishes.
Transportation is available at all hours, be it to take you the fifteen minutes drive to the city centre or to visit the sights and attractions surrounding Chiang Mai.

We offer a fusion of Thai, Chinese and western delicacies, prepared according to the best kept secrets from our granny's recipes and served to you in the tranquil and lush green surroundings of our beautiful resort and spa.

Our house specialties offer a complete meal unto itself; from hors d'oeuvres to desserts, with a variety of delicious entrees.

Our four different weekly menus (specials) in each month will tempt you back to visit us again and again.

Cultural excursions to the nearby village will give you a glimpse of the real northern Thai village life. Please email us to indicate interest.

Mountain bicycles can be hired, and the jungle mountain terrain, dotted with villages and temples offers a safe and adventurous option for those looking to explore.

Fishing is a popular sport in Thailand and not more than a couple of hundred metres from Baan Deva Montra is a lake where local villagers often go to fish.

A traditional northern Thai village temple is also within walking distance of Baan Deva Montra.

Star Gazing
Being so far from the bright lights of the city, we are blessed by most impressively starry skies. Baan Deva Montra has therefore created a star gazing platform so that guests can enjoy the night views of the resort as well as the day views.
