Aana means elephant in Malayalam, an ancient Indian dialect, and accordingly the Aaana Resort and Spa Ko Chang mixes elements of an ancient Asian heritage that is alive in Siam and it's modern incarnation, Thailand, with a unique natural setting and modern amenities. Ko Chang has some of the most pristine forest cover in all of Southeast-Asia (in fact, it's the only indigenous rain forest left in Southeast-Asia) and the Aana Resort is surrounded by lush green tropical mountains on one side and the river and the blue sea on the other. It's located right Klong Praow Beach, one of the primary beaches of Ko Chang.

The Aana Resort has 71 rooms, split among two low-rise buildings with 42 Deluxe rooms facing the riverside pool, the garden and the river.

Furthermore, there are 17 single, round and elevated Villas with their own Jacuzzi pools and breathtaking views.

Three low-rise buildings comprise 6 Grand Deluxe rooms on the ground floor, two each of them connecting, and 6 Top View rooms on the second and third floor with their own Jacuzzi pools and an amazing view towards the private beach of the resort.

All rooms at Aana Resort and Spa Ko Chang have either a King size bed or twin beds with light and comfortable duvets.
Unique features are the extra large balconies and terraces with day bed and dining table to enjoy great outdoor living and balmy tropical nights.

The CINNAMON

The Cinnamon, Aana’s Restaurant, is located alongside the river and the access point to the private beach. The restaurnt is open daily from 07.00 to 23.00.
After starting in the morning with an International and Thai breakfast buffet it will offer for lunch and dinner an a la carte menu with a wide selection of Thai and European dishes with a particular emphasis on healthy and authentic eastern Thai cuisine and a lot of fresh seafood. The extensive wine list of Cinnamon will add to the dining pleasure.

The HILL BAR

The Hill Bar, situated on the top of the resort next to one of Aana’s swimming pools, is open from 12.00 to 21.00 and serves light meals or snacks during the day. Hill Bar is the best viewpoint on the property, overlooking the whole resort, the river, the mountains and the Gulf of Siam; the perfect spot for an aperitif or a cocktail during sundown and before heading to the restaurant for dinner.

Child Policies

Currently no specific policy is available. It's likely that the common policy applies: Children below 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parent's room in a cot/rollaway bed. Breakfast for the child has to be purchased extra. For other children an extra bed has to be booked (Triple Room).
