4.0 star ratingThe Hotel has beautiful grounds, service and the breakfast is fabulous. There is a free return bus to Kuta every day, and to a local surf beach. The staff are exceptional, and food in the restaraunts a really good, local places will pick you up each night.The Hotel is currently undergoing renovation and the back half is like a building site, we were upgraded to a Villa, but I would not stay in the pool views, only garden view and Villa's. The back pool is not comfortable/relaxing to use due to the noise..The construction is supposed to stop at 9pm, but there was sawing to 10.30 at times. Don't book with a travel site where you pay the full amount, as you cannot leave! and get your money back.07 March 2013
