5.0 star rating	Could not believe our eyes when we saw the hotel! I booked it a couple of months ago and kind of forgot how good it looked but even at that the pictures do not do it any justice. Everything about it was amazing. The pool area and view out into the beach was gorgeous. We made plans to go sightseeing as soon as we got there but once we got a look about the hotel we decided we would stay there at the pool for the rest of the day it was that good. The staff were all really pleasant and always smiling. Any questions we had they were happy to help and advised us really well. We really can't recommend this hotel enough.	The only thing and this is bein super picky is that the pillows were too puffy which I found uncomfortable but that's so minor it's pretty insignificant.	Anonymous	27 May 2016

5.0 star rating	Credit to the staff who made my stay an absolute pleasure, specially as it was my first time in Bali. The Food at Sakala Restaurant was excellent! and all the staff really went out of their way in making me feel welcome and very comfortable. Not even on one day where we experienced heavy rain did their sense of humour and happiness disappear. They really played an important & favourable role in my holiday. 5.0 star rating	Beautiful Hotel, not perfect, hence the price. This is probably the best hotel I've stayed at in terms of a lovely room, good food and great pool though! 5.0 star rating	This is modern hotel within easy reach of all facilities of Nasu Dua. The suite I had was excellent. The air conditioning was excellent and responsive, the bed was extremely comfortable and very thing I needed was available. Complimentary water in the room was much appreciated and all staff were very courteous, polite and helpful. I wouod certainly recommend this hotel. 3.5 star rating	Very secure, close to beach, nice swimming pools, very good wifi internet.	The hotel concierge service / receptionist gave us hard time when we done the initial chcek in. She was saying hotelopia hasn't forward all information and now it will cost us extra $150USD per month. So we contact hotelopia and they have sort this out but we had small children with us and I gave her all the details and yet she made us wait that long. We haven't had this type of bad experience. I don't know if it was the online booking system of hotelopia or the hotel staff trying to con us and make us pay extra, regardless it was very stressful.	Mahi	14 February 2016
