5.0 star rating	We cannnot express how much we enjoyed staying at the Samaya. The staff were some of the best we have ever met - so very kind and professional, they just couldn't do enough for us. Dewa was our host and was so friendly and helpful, and we also enjoyed chatting to the hotel manager and all the lovely waiters and waitresses in the restaurants, including Sudomo who was lovely at breakfast. Our villa was spectacular and they went to a great effort to make it extra special for us as we were on our honeymoon. Unfortunately I was unwell during our stay (nothing to do with the hotel at all) and the staff were incredibly helpful in bringing me everything I needed to recover, which made a huge difference - including baking me food that I fancied specially to help build up my strength. I had also registered with them as gluten free and they always remembered to check and ensure that my food was correct. The free shuttle bus service they provide is also a real bonus - they will take you to any part of Ubud and come and collect you at any time, with very short notice. We would really recommend the Samaya to anybody thinking of staying there - we loved it.	We have nothing negative to say!	Charlotte Buxton	28 September 2013
