5.0 star rating	This hotel is fantastic,we stayed six nights and the staff were all wonderful. They took time to talk to us learn our names and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a deluxe garden room which was beautiful,huge comfortable bed lovely bathroom and a small courtyard. Cleaning and turn down service was excellent with chocolate,a flower and a traditional bedtime story provided each night. Swimming pool was clean and a great temperature, The resort didn't seem busy and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Gardens were well kept and the artwork was everywhere. This has to be one of the best boutique hotels in Sanur. As you can tell we liked our stay and would like to thank all the staff for making our short holiday so wonderful. 4.5 star rating	We felt very warmly taken care of at Sudamala. Staff are very kind and polite. Nice swimming pool that is also full-service (food	Some staff spoke very little English, on the whole we would expect a bit more skill in this language from the entire staff at such a high-rated and wonderful full-service hotel. 5.0 star rating	The staff was so friendly and helpful at all times! Always smiling and so wonderful. They really made us feel welcome. The room was cleaned twice a day. We were given several free water bottles every day and good beach towels every time we went to the beach or stayed at the pool. The food was good and one night we had a wonderful BBQ-party at the hotel.	The hotel has it's own beach which was very nice. No screaming kids or people who try to sell you domething. Just peace. But the minus side was that the beach was a little dirty. I think some of the garbage comes from the water and it's impossible to collect it all, but if someone could check the cleanliness of the beach once or twice a day, then it would be perfect!		14 December 2013

5.0 star rating	We loved the Sudamala, palatial surroundings, the most helpful staff, excellent food at very good prices, reasonably priced events (Balinese evening), treatments and classes - the cooking class was fantastic! Good location in Sanur with a great 5k beach walk close by. It's a shame we live on the other side of the world as if we didn't we'd be back in a flash. Only put facilities as 'good' because we felt a few games, perhaps in the garden area, would have added to the things to do e.g. giant chess, also check when booking "tours" that they are more than a taxi ride, as if not it is cheaper to get your own taxi.
