Though I would still have preferred to stay in Mercure Kuta Bali which is bang opposite the beach and is placed in central and full of restaurants and shopping around. Sanur Mercure is quite and and is also very nice if you like to be away from the crowd. I would definitely like to recommend this place. | No shopping or restaurants are within the vicinity that you can walk and go on your own.You need a vehicle to go to any place. | 2.5 star rating | Good location. The staff are brilliant. Gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. | The rooms are very dated and tired looking. Needs a complete revamp. Doors to the outside balcony do not fit so we were inundated with bugs, looked like some kind of ant. They were everywhere. Lounges around the pool very uncomfortable and once again full of ants. Obvious cost cutting has effected the breakfast. Small side plates only for your meal. Very tired and boring. No variety. Power points in rooms hard to get to, had to make coffee in bathroom.
