4.5 star rating	The hotel was really convenient and I enjoyed staying in. Excellent services and cooperative staff. It also has nice location on shaik Zayed st near the Financial destrict metro station (about 100 meters) and not far from Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa (less than 10 minutes driving) and also about 10 minutes driving to Dubai Airport.	Some Taxi drivers were not sure about the location of the hotel because its a new one, but you can mention any closer hotel & they'll mostly know.	Fahd	15 February 2010

4.0 star rating	Good view Fast checking in and out ( if not crowded ) Good food in room service	the reception is over-crowded, small lobby for a big 65 floor hotel The guys at the reception are unpolite, not helpful Had a problem with checkin, i booked bed & breakfast from hotelopia... they did not recieve the email and gave me another higher rate and made me pay the breakfast... told the guy during checkin he didnt help there was a problem with the plumbing... water fills in the sink you have to wait forever to get an elevator not friendly reception when receiving a guest *over rated and over expensive hotel	anonymous	13 January 2016
