5.0 star rating	Ahmad at the reception desk far excelled his duty of care and arranged for a early check-in and then for a room change. Rooms were very clean, of the highest standard and the attention to detail is next to nothing. All staff were courteous and polite.	The signage in the second pool area to return to the main building is poor. Got lost for over 30 mins in the desert heat! Also there is no bar at the second pool and you have to go to the main building to get the drinks.	DeeKalair	11 June 2012
5.0 star rating	Could not fault the service the food the way we were looked after. It was a pleasure to stay at Rotana Dubai and would not think of staying anywhere else on my next visit. 5.0 star rating	This was a fantastic hotel. We are a family of 5 and were placed in a massive 2 bed roomed apartment...with 3 bathrooms...bliss.. So spacious and clean. They provided my youngest with a extra bed which was manoeuvred into the kids room, with no extra charge. The staff were so helpful. We had a great stay and it was super value for money. On the First night we took a hotel taxi over to the Dubai mall..it was very expensive... But we did know that before we agreed. You can actually walk it in less than 5 mins but the road is VERY busy. breakfast was super..try the omelettes , pancakes or waffles all freshly made. !!!! Would definitely return... 4.5 star rating	staff was extremely professional and helpful.great location, right next to dubai mall	still charging about AU$30 a day for internet in room. but all free around pool, lobby and restaurant	i'll be back	28 July 2015
5.0 star rating	My husband and I were very happy with our stay.The room was spacious,clean,with good air con and coffee/tea making facilities.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The hotel is well located -a 5 min walk to the Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa and the Big Bus On/Off bus start point.Swimming pool ample,large selection of breakfast items and the seafood Tuesday night buffet included NZ oysters,Bugs,and big selection.		belle5658	04 October 2015
4.5 star rating	Detta Ã¤r ett riktigt bra hotell med fÃ¶rstklassig service. Vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Barnen skulle sova i extra sÃ¤ngar och det blev lite trÃ¥ngt i rummet men vi klagade inte. Personalen tyckte Ã¤ndÃ¥ att det verkade lite trÃ¥ngt och hittade ett lite stÃ¶rre rum med jÃ¤ttestor terrass efter bara ett par timmar och fixade flytten till oss. Stort plus fÃ¶r deras engagemang.	Poolen Ã¤r rÃ¤tt liten och ett hus skuggar solen mellan 1 och 2 pÃ¥ dagen. Klockan 3 Ã¤r solen sÃ¥ lÃ¥ngt nere sÃ¥ att ett annat hus skymmer solen resten av dagen.
