Hotel Overview

The hotel is located on the Palm of Dubai's Gulf Sea. Its location speaks of contemporary entertainment and luxury. The hotel's 231 lavish guest rooms and suites are very spacious and well-appointed. Most of them offer views of the Gulf Sea and Dubai Skyline from private balconies with sunbeds. All rooms feature generously sized marbled bathrooms including a deep soaking bath tub. All these are combined together with a wealth of deluxe amenities everywhere in the resort. The hotel has a luxury health and beauty centre offering water rituals, massages, body therapies and skin care regimens in individual cabanas. Each cabana is connected to the semi-Olympic swimming pool. There are 5 indoor banquet and conference rooms and two outdoor venues which can be booked for private occasions. A Turkish, Italian and seafood restaurant feature at the hotel

5.0 star rating	Very friendly and efficient staff, always smiling and very pleasant Room was very modern, clean. Staff would constantly be checking if You required fresh towels or bottles of water. They were very happy to assist. Great views all around hotel. Food was was good and there was a good selection. Dinner served till 11pm, this was good as you didn't have to rush back to hotel. Free shuttle service to mall was good - make sure you get to pick up point early as this Service is efficient and runs precisely on schedule! 4.5 star rating	Very Impressive, Newly built hotel, well trained staff's, very clean. Really, no major complaints, will I stay again? YES. Free bus shuttle from Mall of Emirates to the resort. Was celebrating my 10th year wedding anniversary, hotel delivered a cake and a bottle of champagne for free. Thank You. Anne at reception was very polite and was always willing to help. My daughter loved the Rixy Club, The beach was nice and clean. We also had a complimentary Water Taxi Ride to Dubai Marina Mall. That was nice. Taxi from Resort back to my hotel in Diera was 85 AED. The shuttle bus was full so we had to take a taxi. So in summary, yes, all went well. One more thing, breakfast was really nice. 4.5 star rating	Hotel Staff are amazing they made my holiday great, so friendly and always happy to help. Oliver and the Pool Bar team can not speak highly enough about them, weather was boiling hot and the team run around all day in the heat with a huge smile on their faces. The Bieber Bar Staff were just as friendly as the pool staff always had a smile and a hello for you. The cleaner staff again were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. These staff truly make the hotel a great place to be. Food in the restaurant was a lovely and there was a huge selection of food so you will have no problem find something to eat. The Italian restaurant food was lovely but a bit pricy but you are paying for Al Carte Italian not your normal run of the mill food. Hotel is at the end of the palm but they do run a shuttle bus to the Emirates Mall several times a day free of charge but you can also get a Dubai Taxi which are very cheap. I will be returning hopefully next year to this hotel as I had a great time.	Water was expensive at the pool bar and am sure if price was brought down they would sell a lot more. Drinks were also a bit expensive compared to other hotels and bars I have been in but this did not spoil my holiday.	Ozzy 123	28 August 2014

5.0 star rating	We were recommended this hotel by a family member who travelled about a month before and we were not disappointed. 5.0 star rating	The staff were genuinely excellent from the moment we arrived to the reception, thanks to Mr Salaman and his team. A very big thank you to Paul who took such good care of our room - it was spotless the whole time! Great job!
