| 5.0 star rating | Wow if I could have given this hotel 6 out of 5 I would have. From the moment we arrived at this hotel we felt like and were treated like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are all so courteous and friendly. Our room was beautifully decorated and the sea view we had was simply stunning. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here to upgrade to gold level as the benefits received more than make up for the extra cost (private check in, afternoon tea, cocktail hour with canapes, etc). The beach and pool areas are amazing. Frevo (brazilian) & Ba (chinese) restaurants were our favourites.
