4.5 star rating	Excellent location in Berlin,only 5 minutes from Alexandreplatz train station and centre. Room was spacious and warm with a fantastic "walk in shower". Requested a top floor room which was granted. Quiet hotel with a relaxing atmosphere.	Only negative was the tv channels in the room which was all German but what do you expect?? 4.0 star rating	Agon honestly surprised us with its amazing quality, considering the price of the rooms. The fact that it is centrally located and very close to the main Alexanderplatz train and Metro stations really helped. The rooms were pretty decent and the service was great.			20 January 2009

5.0 star rating	large clean rooms, everything functioned well or was repaired quickly. Breakfast to suit every taste No noise disturbance late at night. staff pleasant and efficient central location within walking distance of centre and also on a good and reliable transport network	none; would definitely return.		01 March 2009
2.0 star rating		Reception staff were cold and unhelpful. Placed in a stinking smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Asked reception to change to non smoking room and was rudely told no other rooms available and no option. Found staff (especially young girl who worked evening shift) unpleasant. Clientele mainly German, some Italians and found that being an English client was being like a second class citizen. Malteser found on the room carpet. No tea/coffee making facilities. Only good thing was the location, tram stop outside to take you into Alexanderplatz was handy. Food for breakfast was reasonable, but overall a dissapointing stay which could have easily been a good one with a change of attitude and more care with room cleaning. If you want a decent nights sleep, take your own pillow!		24 March 2009

3.0 star rating		The room we had was musty and very old fashioned. The carpet and furniture need replacing. The facilities in the room were very basic and the hotel itself was a little out of the . Breakfast was ok but not great. The bar never appeared to be open but I don't think I would have wanted to have a drink there anyway.		15 May 2009

5.0 star rating	Check in war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war zweckmÃ¤Ãig und gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das ZimmermÃ¤dchen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein erstklassige Preis-LeistungsverhÃ¤ltnis.	Der FrÃ¼hstÃ¼cksraum ist etwas eng und offen zum Eingangsbereich und zur Rezeption.		16 September 2010
4.5 star rating	Das Hotel ist sehr nah an Alexanderplatz. Das Personal war sehr freudlich. Das Zimmer war gross, sehr hell mit grossen Balkon und mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Fenster und WÃ¤nde haben gut LÃ¤rm isoliert. Das FrÃ¼hstÃ¼cksbuffet war reichlich.	Die Teppichboden ist etwas alt und schmutzig. Im Bad kÃ¶nnte der Wasserhahn sauberer sein.	cuate	01 March 2011
