With its excellent local transportation links all sightseeing attractions can easily be explored from the hotel. All 210 rooms are comfortably furnished with satellite TV, en-suite bathroom and hairdryer. This property is a good choice for guest travelling to Berlin in search of value for money accommodation. Please note that guests staying at Hotel will be served breakfast in the hotels breakfast room but public areas such as a lounge and a bar will be shared with guests from the A&O Hostel Mitte. (Guests booking double rooms should note that these will consist of twin bedded rooms). Guests should note that local city tax is not included in the rate booked. This will be charged directly to guests by the hotel and payable at check in.

3.0 star ratingAfter 2 hours of calling the call center, standing in line a few times for at least half an hour each, we have got 2 fine rooms. They were family type instead of twins but that's for our advantage. Julia that I think was responsible that day for the staff at the beginning didn't know what to do with us but on the third try she has found us the rooms and gave us some tokens to use in the bar.I booked 2 rooms, paid upfront online. When we arrived in the hotel, only one room was booked in the system. After calling the call center it was corrected but the second room we got was not cleaned after the previous occupant. The first one had also broken shower. We asked for relocation: again one room that was not cleaned. Just after we arrived, a big groups of teenage football players started to arrive as well. Hell in the lobby, waiting in line for hours. If they knew there is going to be that many people arriving, they should have had additional staff this day.Anonymous 31 March 2016
