4.0 star rating	I was attended to by Heidi when I checked in & she was extremely helpful & patient. Service at all times experienced within the hotel is brisk and efficient with a smile. The room decor & amenities gave a luxurious feel to the place & it is much more convenient than any other hotel in Sentosa as it situated right behind imbiah station & needs no travelling time. The breakfast buffet was also tasty and a good mixture of different kinds of food.	There were limited king beds so I got a twin bed room when I requested for a king bed. 5.0 star rating	We had a superb stay at the Movenpick Heritage. The room was clean, well stocked with accessories/toiletries which included an nespresso coffee machine. We received a fantastic rate per night which included breakfast which was a full buffet styled breakfast. The pool was beautiful. Would stay here again and highly recommend it as a place to stay. 4.0 star rating		great pool and room clean and well presented we upgraded to a suit as although we pointed out thier were two adolts and a child of 3yrs of age the room only had a double kingsized bed (I cann't beleave thay expected us to all sleep in the same bed) to add a second bed would cost $90.00 p/n the suit only $80.00 The second suprise was at check out we had had some washing done just 18 item ie childs & our underware,two t-shirts socks and two pairs of shorts the cost $247.00	allan	18 May 2015

4.5 star rating	The location is good as it is opposite to Imbiah Station. The staff was helpful as they ran to me to carry my suitcase when he saw me pushing it at the staircase near the entrance. They were kind to keep my luggage after my check out so that I could play at USS for the whole day. They were especially kind to keep my daughter's medicine in the fridge and the ice cube in the freezer for a few hours.		Travelling lover	23 July 2015
5.0 star rating	The hotel is spacious modern and the photos do not do it justice. It far exceeded our expectations. The location is opposite imbiah station with a small plaza and a walkway through with escalators and lifts to universal and the waterfront. For people with disabilities like myself it made access very easy. Note universal if you need to hire a scooter you need photographic Id. Food at the hotel was great. We got a free upgrade as there were no twin bed rooms available so to apologise the hotel gave is a free upgrade to onson suite.	Boot really a negative. Management perhaps need to check or clarify bookings on a weekend. To ensure noise pollution is kept to a minimum. We experienced a loud part in the room next door.although security did visit the room as soon as they left music and loud voices clapping cheating continued until 3am. Perhaps removing the loud music after a warning would have been an appropriate solution. So that the pounding music could not continue. Plus the management did appologise and paid for our taxi to the airport which was very kind and not expected.	zomile	29 July 2015
