3.5 star rating	Well maintained, perfect setting	Our booking contained details of the ages of our children (3yrs and 1yr respectively) - our room however had a very high bunkbed which is unsafe and totally unrealistic for a 3 yr old! Upon asking for an alternative room with beds on the floor I was told that I booked this specific type of room and that only more expensive options are available. The booking information did not mention that the child bed in the family room is a bunk bed. The children ended up sleeping on the pull out couch and we blocked off access to the bunkbed's ladder with a suitcase. This was unexpected, inconvenient and disappointing. Breakfast administration of guests appeared disorganised and we felt discrimitated against not being Asian in terms of service levels (it appeared that Asian families received prompter and better service by staff). Reception/concierge staff were not very good in giving directions to places of interest nearby or general tourist information.		09 May 2011
