4.0 star rating	easy access to city centre, clean, reasonably priced. great views from 28th floor bar.	breakfast choices ran out too quickly -staff not overly keen to help, often un-smiling and surly. Not enough information leaflets and reception staff not well informed to help find the best ways to travel into and around HK. would have appreciated a leaflet explaining taxi fares, trams ticket prices, bus prices, ferry timetables and pricing etc. etc.	jenni&Ian	17 January 2010
4.5 star rating	Excellent location: very close to train station, local market and restaurants. Internet is fast and easy to connect. Staff are friendly, informative and helpful. 4.5 star rating	The location of the hotel is perfect (Hong Kong island, very close to the HKU metro station), easy to get there from the airport. The room was good, pretty big and clean, I am really satisfied with the bathroom. If you want to have a really nice view from your room you should choose the floor above 12th, otherwise no view. People on the reception are very polite and helpful, in case you require something just ask them. We had breakfast on the second floor and I can tell that it was good, plenty of food and wide variety. On 28th work really nice people, I mean smiling and polite girls. They can offer you an alcoholic / non-alcoholic drink if you already booked special daily offer from the hotel. I have really enjoyed to stay on the 28th floor. I would recommend the hotel to everybody who wants to stay in a nice hotel for the reasonable (or a bit more) price.	Nothing to write.	Sanuch	02 November 2016
