4.0 star rating	Mit einem GroÃteil des Persoals waren wir sehr zufrieden, vorallem an der Rezeption.	Die letzte Nacht wurden wir von HotelgÃ¤sten in der Zeit von 04:00 -- 07:00 moegens gestÃ¶rt. Wir haben uns auch telefonisch an der Rezeption beschwert. Diese GÃ¤ste waren so laut und aufgebracht das ich mich selber nicht aus dem Zimmer traute. Beim Scheckout am Morgen haben wir es der Dame an der Rezeption gesagt (Frau Lenz???). Sie hat uns bestÃ¤tigt das die Gruppe auch bei der Abreise sehr laut war. Sie hat sich dafÃ¼r entschuldigt und uns zwei GetrÃ¤nke an der Bar erlassen. Dies war eine nette Geste.	03 November 2011
