3.0 star rating	The view from the Deluxe rooms' balcony on the highest floor are to die for. Very tranquill scenary of padi fields, river and mountains in the distance. Gorgeous, well maintained landscaping around hotel. Very spacious hotel grounds with lots of beautiful trees and shrubs and a joy to sit at the balcony and do nothing and just soak in the peaceful atmostphere. 2 computers are free to use in the small libary. Lots of bicycles for guests' free use - very useful since hotel is not within Pai centre (5 mins on bicycle). Free 2-way Songtheow shuttle service is also provided for guests to get into town. Rather good value considering all the facilities provided.	The superior rooms are very poorly maintained. These are all on the ground floor, just below the hotel reception and restaurant. Curtain, chair cushion cover and lamp shade are badly stained and shower room reeks of odour from poor drainage system. Table and chairs at the porch of superior rooms are very dusty. Better to pay slightly more for deluxe rooms for much better views and slightly better cleanliness. Stayed during off-peak period so room rate was attractive. Peak period rates are too high for the not-thoroughly cleaned or maintained room. This website's rate is better than the other usual booking sites for this hotel.	Happy Nomad	17 October 2013
		Never book a hotel thru this hotelupia. Due to overbooking, I was not able to stay. And never ever this hotelupia informed me for it. However, they had accepted card payment.
