4.5 star rating	Hotel room was basic but good for the money we paid. The restaurant menu is small but the food was excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful with any queries we had.	There is no point asking for the wifi password as it is awful and usually can't connect to you. The beds are very hard I found myself tossing and turning constantly. No kettle in the room. If you wonder why the hotel is so cheap it is not because of the hotel it is due to the area the area is not very pleasant and I would recommend a hotel closer to the Berlin TV tower or Berlin zoo as these are nicer and friendlier areas if this hotel was in a better location the price would triple or more as it is a very nice hotel the location lets it down	Smithy	15 October 2015

4.0 star rating	GÃ¼nstige Lage, man kommt schnell ins Zentrum Gut erreichbar, leichte Anreise Familienzimmer ist gerÃ¤umig Madratzen sind gut Es ist ruhig, nur manchmal hÃ¶rt man laute GÃ¤ste auf dem Flur Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kÃ¶nnen das Hotel nur empfehlen	Leider lÃ¤uft beim Duschen das Wasser an der Wand entlang und flieÃt dann am TÃ¼rrahmen herrunter, so dass dieser in Zimmer 217 aufgeweicht und ziehmlich schadhaft ist. Der Duschvorhang hift da nicht, eine Duschwand wÃ¼rde helfen. Der negative Beitrag kann auch gelÃ¶scht werden, dient auch nur als Hinweis.	wueli69	24 April 2012

3.5 star rating	LÃ¤tt att ta sig till hotellet, lÃ¥g ganska centralt, nÃ¤ra till kommunikationer. Fint och vÃ¤lstÃ¤dat, vÃ¤ldigt tyst och lugnt. Somliga av personalen vÃ¤ldigt snÃ¤lla och hjÃ¤lpsamma.	Vissa ur personalen gav vÃ¤ldigt dÃ¥liga tips, kunde inte hjÃ¤lpa till sÃ¥ mycket. Man fick hjÃ¤lpa sig sjÃ¤lv fÃ¶r det mesta. 2.0 star rating	Good location. That's all	Unfriendly reception staff. No proper information given upon checked in. You need a key for the safe box but was not given or offered upon check in. Bathtub was stuck and when highlighted to the reception no apologies extended and the reaction was "it's OK, we know". Definitely not a service for a 4 star hotel.	Aloy	28 October 2014
5.0 star rating	Aamupala sekÃ¤ huoneen siisteys ja mukavuus erinomainen, sijainti ja kulkuyhteydet todella hyvÃ¤t. Pari-kolme minuuttia kÃ¤vellen julkisen liikenteen pysÃ¤kille. YstÃ¤vÃ¤llinen henkilÃ¶kunta. Breakfast really good and the room was clean and comfortable. Location excellent and distance to public transport stations only two-three minutes by walking.
